Recognising the importance of breaks and downtime, UK small business leaders acknowledge that regular time off work is crucial for their wellbeing.
The Importance of Taking Breaks
Despite the daily pressures of entrepreneurship, most small business owners do understand the value of activities and interests outside of work. If you were to ask a business owner, they would explain the importance of taking time out to unwind and disconnect.

Ways to Wind Down

Some ways to wind down can include; taking a trip, spending time with family, taking up a new hobby, visiting friends, get into a good book etc.
